-Raghuvendra Singh

The film industry is in a sudden shock with the demise of the great actor Irrfan Khan. The actor took his last breath today in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai while battling colon infection. Several B-town celebrities took to their social media accounts to express their thoughts, experiences and their grief about the great human being and a par excellence actor. Right from Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan to Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aaryan all have written about the thespian and offered their condolences to his family, as they can’t step out and meet them personally in this state of lockdown.

Huma Qureshi who has worked with Irrfan in Nikkhil Advani’s D-Day spoke to us exclusively about her working experience with the actor and also how deeply she’s upset with this huge and sudden loss. Huma spoke highly about the star, “Just a legend. A man who with his pure talent inspired many to follow through their dreams. Massive loss to the entire Indian film industry and Hollywood,” she furthers adds, “His work, his legacy is unparalleled. Guiding light for so many of us. Condolences to his family.”

We couldn’t agree more. The actor’s work was phenomenal and he was surely an inspiration to many aspiring actors.
